The Shareholders’ General Assembly held on November 26, 2021 agreed to a new structure for the Administration Board, which effective of November 27, 2021 includes Radu Constantinescu, Maria Popescu, and Gabriel Jinga. The 4-year mandates of the Administration Board members expire on November 26, 2025.
