What you’ll do:

  • Analyze, implement, execute, and manage the data management lifecycle process, typically for a specific business domain;
  •  Monitoring and reporting on quality of data, implementing and operating data security controls, participating data conversion and migration efforts;
  •  Ability to execute the following activities with no supervision:
  •  Analyze, seek and assess information and its impact and value in terms of business benefits;
  •  Develop, define, implement and enforce IM strategy, principles, policies, standards and data governance by working with business and technology stakeholders;
  •  Ensure IM will add value by applying strategic thinking and IM concepts to enhance or drive business strategy;
  •  Analyze, design, develop and maintain the end-to-end IM lifecycle processes that meet business l&D needs and integrate with business processes and IT architecture;
  • Analyze business IM needs;
  • Identify IM suppliers and define IM collection processes;
  • Define IM maintenance processes;
  • Define IM process measurements;
  • Identify IM process risks and design controls into the process;
  • Implement, execute and manage the IM lifecycle processes;
  • Create and receive information and data;
  • Identify and classify information and data;
  • Store and maintain information and data;
  • Preserve & dispose information and data;
  • Monitor and report on data quality levels;
  • Determine root causes for data quality issues;
  • Participate in data conversion and data migration;
  • Apply and drive the discovery and communication of meaningful patterns in data, relying on the simultaneous application of statistics, computer programming and operations Research to approach problems in business and industry;
  •  Analyze, design, develop and maintain conceptual, logical and physical data models and workflows;
  •  Understand, assess, define, align and maintain the data architecture management;
  •  Participate in and drive the establishment of standards definitions, business terms and rules;
  •  Realize consistent understanding and usage of information;
  • Enable and specify an effective IM architecture that is able to meet the organizations objectives;
  •  Understand, audit, define and manage data security needs, controls, standards and regulatory requirements that meet organizations needs in terms of safeguarding sensitive information, managing risks and competitive intelligence exposure. 
What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Experience of Client’s methodologies;
  •  Knowledge ERP architecture components;
  •  Experience in ERP data management lifecycle;
  •  Has knowledge/experience of Hexagon products (SPF, SPI, etc.);
  •  Relevant business/industry knowledge;
  •  Procedures and standards for IM services and systems knowledge;
  •  Good oral and written communication skills;
  •  Good standard of English language (written & spoken);
  •  Has a familiarity with business and IM analysis either through academic study or has gained familiarity and practical IM experience;
  •  Has a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving;
  •  Understands how to design and operate processes and controls within ERP systems and connected applications to ensure that segregation of duties, user access, data integrity and critical transactions are effectively managed;
  •  Has knowledge of some Business intelligence technologies (SPF, SPI, SAP BW, Business Objects, Spotfire, advanced statistical packages such as S+, R, MatLab) and their relevant functions (reporting, online analytical processing, analytics, data mining, process mining, complex event processing, business performance management, benchmarking, text mining, predictive analytics and prescriptive analytics.);
  •  Is aware of the IM practices and understands what is required to implement them effectively. Has an awareness of the IM support / services / operations environment;
  •  Works to required standards and to understand and use the appropriate methods, tools and applications;
  • University degree (preferably in an information technology, l&D management or Engineering);
  • 6 to 8 years of proven experience in the discipline.
